ERR Tri-Tip Roast is a triangle roast cut from the tip of the Sirloin.  This roast is full flavored, thoroughly marbled, and perfectly tender when cooked correctly. It cooks very similar to a thick steak and does not take long to become juicy and practically fall apart in your mouth. One of the Ebony Rose family favorites.
