You will not be charged for your meat at the time you place your order online. Once we receive your order, we will pull the beef/pork/eggs, weigh it/price it out and send you an invoice. You must pay the invoice online before delivery or when you stop by the store to pick up your order. We accept Cash, Square payment and Venmo at Store Pickup.

We make weekly deliveries across the Treasure Valley, Wednesday through Friday. A minimum $50 order required. Depending on what your address is; we offer free delivery within 5 miles of our Parma Shop, $5 delivery up to 10 miles, $10-$20 up to 40 miles. If we have more than one delivery in your area the delivery cost will even out between orders. We service Parma, Wilder, Greenleaf, Homedale, Caldwell, Nampa, Middleton, Meridian, Eagle, Emmett, Boise, Notus, Nyssa, and Adrian.

Our beef always grades at Prime or Choice USDA Quality. Locally processed in a USDA Certified facility.

Yes! We do not feed grains to our beef livestock. They are raised on grass and alfalfa pastures, moved regularly, and fed Ebony Rose Ranch grown alfalfa hay during winter months.

We source locally grown grains from Big D Feeds in Meridian Idaho. Each grain is a specific blend for each species. During the day they go out to pasture to forage on grasses. We raise each species in small groups to keep from overcrowding and causing loss or disease. We raise and process a limited number of pork, chicken, and duck each year starting in the Spring.

Typically 1-2 years for the freshest taste. EBR products come vacuum sealed and fresh frozen always.

Currently, we do not offer shipping. We do offer delivery with a minimum purchase order.
