*Our eggs are unwashed, from clean nesting boxes.

*Fresh farm eggs have what is called a bloom or cuticle. It is an invisible membrane over the shell. Its natures way of sealing the egg from oxygen and bacteria. Grocery store eggs do not have this bloom layer and last a month less than unwashed eggs.

*Our eggs last up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
