ERR Crossrib Roast is an extra tender variation of Chuck Roast. Cut from between the Chuck and Ribeye (Prime Rib) sections, it tastes and cooks more like a Rib Roast. Its fat content makes for great crockpot or pressure cooker meals. Slice or shred and use in a variety of different dishes.
